Fabrica Hill

Fabrica Hill is situated near Saint Paul's Pillar and the Ancient Theater Ruins in the city of Kato Paphos, within the Paphos district of Cyprus.

This archaeological site features a few ancient mosaics that have been partially restored, as well as several ancient quarry caves from the Hellenistic period. The name of Fabrica Hill is due to a textile mill in this area during the Middle Ages.

There's the ancient northern gate (or entrance) to Paphos located near Fabric Hill.  It's believed that Paul entered through this northern gate, when he visited Paphos during one of his missionary journeys, around 45 AD.

From Fabrica Hill, there are lovely panoramic views of Kato Paphos and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as Pano Paphos, which will be featured in future blog posts.

Even though Fabrica Hill isn't considered a main tourist destination, it's a pleasant part of ancient Paphos and worth exploring by tourists and locals.
